Punctuality

We ask that you arrive 5-10 min. early such that your dancer will have time to wash hands and use the restroom. Due to COVID 19, we ask that dancers come dressed if possible. Please commit to arriving a few minutes early as late arrivals are disruptive.

Behavior

Storybook Ballet strives to provide a warm and welcoming learning environment such that our young dancers can learn the art of beginning classical ballet. If a student is unable to follow the teacher’s instructions or behaves in a distracting manner, we may withdraw the student.

Attendance

Regular and consistent attendance is necessary for skill development and to learn choreography. Please make us aware of any absences.

Photo Release

Storybook Ballet may take a photo or video of my child or myself. We may use these photos for publicity purposes such as but not limited to: our website, Facebook, Instagram etc. If you would like to decline photo or video use, please notify us in writing at the time of registration.

Weather Cancellations

In case of bad weather, please check your email and/or call the studio. If classes are cancelled, the recording will state so. If bad weather is approaching in the late afternoon or evening, the decision to cancel classes may not be made until mid-day. If possible, we will offer a make-up classes. No refunds for weather cancellations.

Make Up Classes

You may request a make up class by completing our Make Up Request form (on the Schedule page on our website and in our lobby). You must receive approval before attending a make up class. You may request ONE make up class per session and make ups are not guaranteed.

Credit Policy

Credits will not be made after the 3rd week of classes. All tuitions include a $20 nonrefundable portion. Credits are made on the remaining number of classes and are nontransferable.
